Conference facilities are located in a Renaissance villa Piccola Venezia, consisting of a multi-purpose conference hall which can accommodate up to 150 participants, and a smaller conference lounges. The congress hall can be divided into three independent segments of different capacities
All conference rooms are equipped with modern, high quality conference, audio, video and multimedia systems such as:
• sound system with dynamic and wireless microphones
• Multimedia LCD Projectors (1 x 4500 ANSI Lumens, 2 x 3500 ANSI lumens)
• electromotive and mobile projection screens up to 4 x 3 m
• plasma screens (a total of 3 pieces) and LCD monitors
• audio and video players - systems for audio and video recording
• DIGIMIC desktop microphone system and a system for simultaneous translation in the congress hall
• digital control system and connecting all parts of the audio / video signals
• Other conference equipment such as PC notebooks, presenter and laser pointer, flipcharts, and equipment for congressional offices (copying machines, printers, etc.)
