Restaurant Zganjer is a glittering mix of tradition and modern trends: we managed to bring together the best out of two eras, to the satisfaction of our guests. Restaurant is owned by family Zganjer and it provides its guests with gastronomic delights and incredible moments since 1974.

Expending our business to include business tourism was encouraged by our guests that are finding our restaurant as a place of escape from everyday stress and hard tempo imposed by the city life and working commitments. That is why we decided to designed the new generation business meeting concept – in line with modern technical requirements, but still in a family and home atmosphere.

A modern and elegant room full of natural light, in neutral colours, with two roof cupolas and a well-coordinated team that will immediately and willingly fulfil all your requests – all this has a stimulating impact on a constructive work that will result in winning business decisions.

The room has a separate entrance, parking for 70 vehicles, a wardrobe, a toilette and an air-condition system.  The room and the toilettes are adjusted to the needs of the people with disabilities. We have tablecloths in 11 different colours and the whole room setup can be aligned with the corporate colours of your business.
Awards and recommendations
 
We have been listed as one of 100 leading Croatian restaurants for 13 years in arrow. In addition, restaurant received many awards from the County and the Chamber of Trade and Crafts. The quality of our service is also known outside of our country – in year 2011 Restaurant Zganjer was awarded with the Golden medal for quality in the International Tourism Expo in Novi Sad.

Many reputable companies held their seminars, business meetings and products presentations at our restaurant.
 
Location  
Restaurant is placed in dazzling Jaskovo – 10 kilometres from the motorway toll in Karlovac, driving towards Ozalj; 20 kilometres away from the border with Slovenia and you can find it easy and quickly. In other words, the restaurant is close enough to get to it really quickly, but, again, far enough to forget your everyday worries and city crowd. 
 
Gastro offer 
When preparing our specialties, we make an emphasis to home-made origins and the freshness of the ingredients. We cherish the old customs of our ancestors: we stretch the strudel dough across the whole table, as our grandmothers were doing; we make home-made cakes, bread and bread rolls, sausages and ham, home-made cheese and cream.

However, with the traditional specialties, we also offer the latest modern meals. The specialty of the restaurant is the lamb that is breed on islands of Pag and Krk, processed in our own slaughterhouse (rated as 1st category by the EU commission) and cooked on the spit just before the arrival of the guests. 
 
We also organise and cater coffee breaks, lunches, buffet tables, banquets and weddings. 
 
Accommodation 
Our 3 star motel near Karlovac (Turanj) has a capacity for 30 individuals. It also has a restaurant and 0-24 service. The transfer is organised by the bus.
 
Region offers 
 Restaurant Zganjer is very close to the most beautiful parts of the uncut diamond of Croatian continental tourism, Ozalj area. The old City of Ozalj, the stone palace of the oldest hydropower station in the continental Croatia, Etno village, Pauline’s monastery Svetice, Homeland Museum, wine roads, bike paths, picturesque villages and viewpoints... It is up to you, to make the final selection.  
 
Team building on Island of Krk 
We organise team buildings and special parties in a Mediterranean villa placed just 20 meters from the beach in the peaceful village of Klimno. The villa has capacity for 18 individuals.
