The Villa Residence LANTONI is a three-storey villa located on a hill above the charming village of Mlini, which is 7 kilometres away from Dubrovnik. Mlini is situated near the shore of the river Zavrelje in the area of rich Mediterranean vegetation. Accommodation
The villa is surrounded by an extraordinary 1,000 m² Mediterranean garden, which gives a broad breathtaking view over the open sea. On the first floor, there are a luxuriously furnished dining room and living room which leads to a spacious terrace, open kitchen in an American style and a bathroom. The whole villa is furnished with renovated antique Alt Deutsch and Biedermeier furniture, Meissen porcelain and a private Murano glass collection.
On the second floor, there are a bedroom and two guestrooms, living room which unites
modern luxurious and antique furniture, while the bathroom is equipped with top-quality
Italian sanitary ware, Jacuzzi and a modern shower.
On the villa’s ground floor, there is a heated pool, sauna, gym and spa area from which you may access the balcony and terrace with a stunning view of the sea.
Villa is suitable for small business meetings and it has a meeting room for 20 people.
